The Experience of Therapy
For me counselling has developed from an ongoing love of personal exploration. What inspires me is to provide you with a safe, confidential space in which you feel free to explore what has brought you to counselling.
Therapy is a very personal journey and there are many reasons why people may be drawn to counselling and psychotherapy. For example, you may have something very specific you want to solve; you may be going through a crisis; or you might want to make some changes in your life. It may be that you would like to look more closely at old patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving or explore more fully how your past affects your present.
I offer short and longer term counselling work according to your needs and preferences and I can tailor our time together to suit your needs by drawing from various models of therapy.
